OPENING PROMOTION - REGISTER NOW

TERMS & CONDITIONS :-

1) This contest is being run by “ Evelyn Music Studio ” (002116010-T).

2) The contest is valid from 1st June 2012 - 31th October 2012.

3) Contestants must fill in the registration form correctly and completed with deposit and monthly school fees to be eligible for random selection for winner. Incomplete/ Incorrect entries shall be disqualified.

4) The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5) Prizes of winners shall be sent to winners by courier/post at the postal addresses given by them, EMS shall not responsible for non-delivery of prize if the winners are not available/found at the addresses given by them.
